After stints at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado, Seth graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with undergraduate degrees in English and Philosophy, and with a J.D. from the Colorado School of Law. While in law school, Seth served as an editor of the University of Colorado Law Review.

After working briefly at an insurance defense firm in Denver, Seth moved to Leadville and opened a general law practice. While in Leadville, Seth eventually became a member in the firm of Berry & Murphy, PC, began prosecuting in the Municipal Court for the Town of Breckenridge, and also served briefly as the Lake County Attorney.

In 2004, Seth relocated to Breckenridge and joined the firm of Richmond, Sprouse & Murphy, LLC. In Summit County, he practiced almost exclusively in the real estate transactional and litigation areas.

In 2012, Seth joined Spierer, Woodward, Corbalis & Goldberg’s Colorado office, where his practice emphasizes real estate matters and litigation. Seth continues to represent clients on the Front Range and in the mountains in real estate and litigation matters, and he has tried numerous trials and arbitrations in construction, HOA and commercial disputes.

Seth is licensed in the State of Colorado and is a member of the Colorado and Continental Divide Bar Association. He has received numerous awards for his pro bono practice on behalf of indigent clients, and continues to prosecute in the Breckenridge Municipal Court.

Seth, his wife Amy, and their four children reside in the Ken Caryl area. His personal interests include endurance sports of all types, including mountain biking, running, triathlon, and adventure racing.
