
Michelle R. DeMason is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on a wide range of issues concerning real estate, business, and will and trust disputes. Her clients include developers, brokers, contractors, commercial and residential landlords and tenants, and purchasers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, among others. Prior to joining Spierer, Woodward, Corbalis & Goldberg, Michelle was a commercial litigation associate at boutique firms in New York City. Michelle moved back to the South Bay and joined the firm after experiencing enough cold winters to last her a lifetime.
Michelle graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2007, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with minors in History and Business. She was the recipient of the merit-based USC Presidential Scholarship for all four years as an undergraduate and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Michelle went on to graduate cum laude from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2010. She served as the Membership Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review and received the merit-based Wigmore Scholarship for the duration of her studies.
Michelle is admitted to the New York and California State Bars. She currently resides in Palos Verdes Estates with her husband and two children.
