John practices in the transactional department of the firm’s Colorado office, focusing primarily on business law and real estate. He received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013. John is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado, Denver, and Aurora bar associations.
Prior to joining Spierer, Woodward, Corbalis, & Goldberg, John practiced in a Denver real estate law firm, primarily in the areas of litigation, common interest community law, creditors’ rights, and landlord-tenant law. While in law school, John served as a Staff Editor and Articles Editor of the University of Denver Water Law Review, published an article on the public trust doctrine and groundwater regulation, and interned at the Denver Probate Court. John graduated from the University of the Pacific with a B.S. in Economics in 2006, and prior to law school worked as a newspaper reporter and for the U.S. Forest Service in Montana.
John serves on the board of directors of Tower Community Fellowship (Church of the Nazarene). He resides in Aurora, Colorado, with his wife Olivia and their two young children.
