Alex practices in the firm’s Colorado office, focusing primarily on transactional business and real estate matters. Alex attended Colorado State University for his undergraduate degree, where he received a B.S.B.A. in Corporate Innovation & Management in 2008. He graduated from the University of Denver in 2016 with a JD concentrated in Corporate Law and an MBA concentrated in Corporate Finance.
Alex is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado, Colorado/Elbert, and American Bar Associations. He is also a Partner of a local real estate company, which focuses on acquiring and managing commercial investment properties. Prior to joining Spierer, Woodward, Corbalis & Goldberg, Alex practiced as a Contract Attorney for both Crow Legal and GLO Law.
Alex serves as an Advisor to a Colorado-based private foundation, which provides grants for medical research, disaster relief, and other various causes. He resides in Parker with his wife and two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and getting in a good workout.
